Evolution through intelligence

The Thermozyklus control is different from conventional controls. It works on a thermocyclic principle, which the thermostats and PI controllers do not offer.

The temperature is measured every second and the information is transmitted every minute to the central unit, core of the system. The decisions are made automatically and in real time thanks to the intelligent algorithm. The control accuracy is unsurpassed: +/- 0.15 °C.

How does this work theoretically?

The daily heating phases lead to constant temperature fluctuations, often by several °C, and to an unpleasant room climate. On the other hand, however, the temperature fluctuations contain information about system constants and ambient conditions.

This is exactly where the Thermozyklus control comes in. It extracts this information and controls the vibrations down to very small values. These controlled micro-vibrations are continuously evaluated and constantly track the control. The micro-oscillations gave the THZ control its name: Thermocyclic control = thermal oscillation control.

How does this work in practice?

In the different rooms, the RG/RF/RS room units measure the temperature every second and transmit the collected information in real time to the ZE central unit, core of the system.

Thanks to the patented thermocyclic control algorithm, it automatically calculates the heating phases according to the effective demand. The ZE controls the SF/SK actuators or ST switching stages via servomotors, efficiently implementing thermocyclic control on all hydraulic heating systems. On electric heaters, the commands are given via switching relays or SSR relays.

Ambient sensors placed in the various parts measure the temperature every second and transmit the information in real time to the ZE central unit at the heart of the system.

It commands the energy supplies via the actionneurs by means of openers and shutters on hydraulic chauffage or by means of static controllers or commutators on electric chauffage.
